1、Main Structural Components

Pure Electric Chassis System: Built on reputable new energy vehicle chassis (e.g., Dongfeng, Sinotruk, SANY), equipped with high-energy-density Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery packs and permanent magnet synchronous motors, delivering strong power with zero emissions.

Vacuum Suction System: Comprises a Roots vacuum pump and piping system, designed to generate negative pressure, drawing materials into the sealed tank through enclosed pipelines.

2、Operating Principle & Workflow

The vehicle enables fully enclosed material-air conveying through specialized devices:

Suction Loading: The Roots vacuum pump is activated, creating negative pressure inside the tank. Materials (e.g., dust, powders) are drawn into the sealed tank through a suction hose. As the mixed airflow passes through the dust filtration system, materials are separated from the air—clean air is exhausted, while materials remain inside the tank.

Transportation: Materials are transported within the fully sealed tank, ensuring zero spillage, zero dust, and zero odor leakage.

High-Pressure Discharge: Upon arrival at the discharge point, the air compressor generates high positive pressure, forcing the material out of the tank at high pressure through sealed pipelines into dedicated storage facilities. The discharge process is equally dust-free and environmentally friendly.
