1. Main Structural Components

Chassis System: Built on reputable second-class commercial vehicle chassis from manufacturers like Dongfeng, Sinotruk, and Shacman, equipped with a diesel engine for strong power and adaptability to complex operating conditions.

Vacuum Suction System: Comprises a Roots vacuum pump and piping system, designed to generate high negative pressure, drawing materials into the sealed tank through enclosed pipelines.

High-Pressure Pneumatic Conveying System: Consists of an air compressor and piping system, generating positive pressure to discharge materials at high pressure from the tank through sealed pipelines into designated storage facilities.

Dust Filtration System: Features a high-efficiency material-air separation device inside the tank, filtering dust from the incoming mixed airflow to ensure clean exhaust emissions and prevent air pollution during operation.

2. Operating Principle & Workflow

The vehicle enables fully enclosed material-air conveying through specialized devices:

Suction Loading: The engine drives the Roots vacuum pump, creating high negative pressure inside the tank (typically reaching -50kPa to -80kPa). Materials are drawn into the sealed tank through a suction hose. As the mixed airflow passes through the dust filtration system, materials are separated from the air—clean air is exhausted into the atmosphere, while materials settle inside the tank.

Enclosed Transportation: Materials are transported within the fully sealed tank, ensuring zero spillage, zero dust, and zero leakage.

High-Pressure Discharge: Upon arrival at the discharge point, the engine switches to drive the air compressor, generating high positive pressure (typically 0.2MPa to 0.4MPa). The material inside the tank is fluidized and pneumatically conveyed at high pressure through sealed pipelines into dedicated storage facilities (such as silos). The discharge process is equally dust-free and environmentally friendly.
