1.The slag ladle truck is a special transport equipment designed specifically for the metallurgical industry. Its core function is to transport high-temperature steel slag (liquid temperature up to about 1500℃) and slag ladles in steel plants, connecting the links of slag tapping from steelmaking furnaces and steel slag treatment (hot stewing, water quenching, wind quenching, etc.). It is a key equipment in the metallurgical logistics chain. Combined with the needs of heavy load, high temperature and complex working conditions, the vehicle has undergone special structural optimization and technological innovation, which can realize the safe, efficient and environmentally friendly transportation of steel slag. It is suitable for the production capacity needs of steel plants of different scales, covering various load specifications from 35 tons to 266 tons. It can not only meet the conventional steel slag transportation, but also cope with the heavy-duty operations of super-large steel plants, helping the steel industry transform towards greenization and intelligence.
2.The frame is made of high-quality carbon steel, designed by finite element calculation, adopting ship section manufacturing technology and tenon joint technology. The key welds are tested by non-destructive testing to ensure rigidity and stability under heavy load; the main beam adopts a box-type structure with high strength and light weight, and the middle main bearing part is designed to sink, reducing the overall vehicle height and improving driving stability; the tires are special thickened tires for steel plants, which are wear-resistant, puncture-resistant, have a long service life, and are suitable for high-temperature and debris-rich operating environments.
3.Some models are equipped with a dynamic weighing system, which can real-time monitor the weight of the slag ladle and display it digitally through the instrument panel to avoid vehicle damage or safety accidents caused by overloading; it innovatively connects the transportation equipment with the metallurgical management system, realizing seamless connection between vehicle scheduling and metallurgical process scheduling, real-time feedback of vehicle operation data, improving equipment utilization rate and enhancing the ability to respond to emergencies; the operation of drive, steering and braking adopts electro-hydraulic proportional control, which is easy to realize power matching, and has a fault diagnosis function to reduce maintenance difficulty.
4.It is mainly applicable to the steel slag transportation operations in steel plants and metallurgical plants, including the transportation from the steelmaking furnace after slag tapping to the steel slag treatment plant, the turnover transportation of slag ladles, and the material transportation in the process of steel slag recycling. It can adapt to various steel slag treatment processes such as hot stewing, water quenching, wind quenching, and drum method.
