1.High-temperature billet hot-feeding car is a special metallurgical transportation vehicle specially designed for the high-temperature billet transfer scenario in iron and steel enterprises. It is mainly used for the closed hot-charging and hot-feeding of high-temperature billets at 800-900℃ between continuous casting and rolling processes, serving as key equipment connecting the smelting and rolling sections. Breaking through the technical limitations of traditional open-top transportation, it features core characteristics such as efficient heat preservation, precise temperature control, and safety and reliability, helping enterprises achieve dual improvements in energy conservation and production efficiency. As the core equipment of metallurgical logistics, it is widely adapted to the high-temperature material transfer needs of various iron and steel enterprises and is an important carrier promoting green and efficient production in the metallurgical industry.
2.The car body is formed by welding high-strength steel, and the underframe is equipped with heavy-duty axles and a reinforced load-bearing structure. The overall stiffness and load-bearing capacity are increased by 50%, which can stably carry billets below 700℃ and meet the transfer needs of multi-specification billets. The fully enclosed cabin design isolates high-temperature radiation, which not only protects the vehicle's own components from high-temperature deformation and damage but also improves the driver's operating environment. At the same time, it is equipped with multiple safety devices such as emergency braking and anti-separation hooks to eliminate potential safety hazards during transportation.
