1.The dry vacuum sweeper is a new type of environmentally friendly sanitation equipment designed based on the principle of negative pressure pure suction. It abandons the traditional rolling brush cleaning mode of road sweepers, requires no water sprinkling throughout the process, and relies on high-speed air flow to efficiently suck road dust, large particle debris and other substances into the carriage to achieve dust-free cleaning operations. This equipment is widely applicable to post-milling road surfaces, pre-oil-spraying construction scenarios of water-stabilized surfaces, as well as heavy dust and high-pollution working conditions such as coal mines, power plants, ports and terminals, and urban main roads. It can independently complete the entire process of cleaning, vacuuming, garbage transfer and dumping, effectively solving the problem of dust pollution during road cleaning and helping to improve ecological environment governance and environmental hygiene.
2.Adopting the negative pressure vacuum mode, garbage and dust are collected in a closed manner throughout the process, without dust emission or leakage; equipped with a dust-free unloading dust cover, the unloading process is fully covered, completely eliminating secondary dust pollution; no water sprinkling operation is required, which not only avoids the hidden danger of slippery roads, but also reduces water waste from the source, conforming to the concept of green and environmental protection development. 3.Equipped with a high-power, wear-resistant and maintenance-free centrifugal fan, it has strong vacuum negative pressure, which can easily suck fine dust from tens of microns to large particle debris of 70mm. It has a wide cleaning coverage, and the suction rate can reach more than 95%, and some high-end models even reach more than 99%, which is far superior to the cleaning effect of traditional cleaning equipment, realizing the efficient cleaning experience of "one suction is better than ten sweeps". It greatly improves the operation efficiency, and can complete 45,000-90,000 square meters of cleaning tasks per hour.
4.Adopting a PLC computer control system, the cab is equipped with a manual button-type hydraulic system and a display screen, which can realize centralized control of mechanical actions such as main suction cup lifting, pulse cleaning, and garbage bin tilting and resetting, with simple and easy operation; equipped with an automatic pulse backblowing device, which can automatically perform backblowing and vibration on the filter cartridge after reaching the set air pressure, avoiding filter cartridge blockage, no need for manual disassembly and cleaning, and reducing the labor intensity of operators; equipped with a video monitoring system, which can real-time monitor the operation status, eliminate cleaning dead corners, and one person can complete the entire operation process, which is convenient for management.
