1.The self-propelled hot metal transporter is a core special transport equipment in the metallurgical industry. Designed specifically for the trackless transfer of high-temperature hot metal (usually reaching 1600℃), it is widely used in the hot metal transportation link between blast furnaces and converters, electric furnaces, and pig casting machines, and is a key equipment to realize the "one ladle to the end" process in iron and steel smelting. Different from traditional track-type hot metal cars and traction-type hot metal ladle cars, this model has independent walking capacity, does not rely on locomotive traction, can flexibly adapt to working conditions such as complex sites and narrow passages in steel plants, with a load capacity ranging from 80 tons to 450 tons. It can be flexibly customized according to the production capacity upgrading needs of iron and steel enterprises, adapt to the hot metal transfer needs of blast furnaces of different scales, and help the efficient connection and intelligent upgrading of the iron and steel production process.
