Vehicle Overview
The truck is a multi-functional unit equipped with vacuum suction loading, positive pressure unloading, positive pressure receiving, tank lifting discharge, and transportation capabilities. It boasts a large loading capacity and high operational efficiency.
1. Vacuum Suction Loading
During operation, the vacuum pump creates a negative pressure inside the tank through gas transfer, enabling the high-speed suction of materials from the supply source. Dust from the suction process is treated through a filtration system, and the discharged air can meet a micron-grade emission standard, ensuring full compliance with environmental requirements.
2. Positive Pressure Unloading
Upon reaching the designated receiving silo, the air compressor activates (or an external air source can be used). The fluidized materials are entirely pressed and discharged into the target silo using compressed air. The entire process is fully enclosed, preventing any secondary pollution.
3. Positive Pressure Receiving
This function utilizes an external air source for positive pressure loading via a ground-based conveying device. The air is discharged through the vehicle's onboard filtration system, with emissions meeting environmental standards. Positive pressure receiving offers the advantages of long-distance conveyance (>50m), low energy consumption, high conveying capacity, and low operating costs.
4. Tank Lifting Discharge
A lift cylinder is installed at the front of the tank, and a hydraulically operated rear cover is fitted at the back. The tank can be lifted at an angle of 35-42 degrees, allowing materials (particularly dust) to be discharged by gravity.
5. Transportation Function
Once materials are loaded via suction, no transfer or reloading is required. The vehicle transports the load directly to the specified location for unloading. The entire transportation process is fully sealed, eliminating any risk of secondary pollution.
