The street sprinkler, also known as a spraying vehicle, washing vehicle, or water transportation vehicle, is composed of a power take-off device and a water pump. Its main function is to carry out environmental cleaning tasks such as dust suppression, temperature reduction, road washing, increasing air humidity, and improving air cleanliness.

The sprinkler vehicle, also known as a multi-functional greening water spraying vehicle, is used for cleaning roads, maintaining hygiene, preventing dust, watering, spraying pesticides, etc. in urban areas, large industrial zones, military units, and gardens, etc., to achieve the purpose of beautifying the environment.

It can also be used for temporary emergency fire water spraying. Each sprinkler vehicle is equipped with a fire-fighting dedicated interface. It is driven by the engine, which drives the gearbox. The power take-off device installed on the gearbox drives the sprinkler pump. The sprinkler pump generates the main power and sprays the liquid in the tank through the pipeline network. Self-suction height: ≤ 7m, watering width: ≥ 20m, maximum range: ≥ 28m; it can be adjusted into a column shape, with a range of ≥ 28m; it can also be adjusted into a mist shape, with a range of ≥ 5m.

Water Absorption Operation

(1) The water truck should approach the operation site as closely as possible and park.

(2) Open the side door of the walkway box, remove the water absorption hose, and let it swing backward without any bending.

(3) Insert the water absorption hose as deeply as possible into the water to ensure that the end of the hose is always 300mm below the liquid surface during the operation.

(4) Push the handle of the four-way valve to be perpendicular to the ground.

(5) Put the transmission in neutral, then start the engine, disengage the clutch, and pull the power take-off switch backward to engage the power take-off. The pump starts to operate.

(6) The operator can observe through the upper observation mirror on the rear cap. When the liquid level reaches the middle of the observation mirror, notify the driver and quickly pull the water absorption hose away from the water surface or close the four-way valve.

(7) After reeling up the hose, put it back into the walkway box and close the side door.

(8) Drive the water truck away from the water absorption site.
