4.The molten iron transport vehicle with insulation cover is composed of five core parts: vehicle body, molten iron tank, insulation cover system, bogie and connection buffer device. The vehicle body is welded with Q345-B steel plate, and the main bearing beam is a box structure, which is subjected to overall annealing treatment after welding to eliminate internal stress, and can effectively bear the total weight of the molten iron tank and molten iron.
