3.The vehicle body is welded with high-strength steel, and the frame is a double-beam welded box structure, which has sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the weight impact of the molten iron tank and the bumps during transportation. The insulation cover is made of wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials

4.The molten iron transport vehicle with insulation cover is composed of five core parts: vehicle body, molten iron tank, insulation cover system, bogie and connection buffer device. All components work together to ensure the safe, efficient and insulated transportation of molten iron. The vehicle body is welded with Q345-B steel plate, and the main bearing beam is a box structure, which is subjected to overall annealing treatment after welding to eliminate internal stress, and can effectively bear the total weight of the molten iron tank and molten iron.

5.This model is mainly applicable to large and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises, adapting to the short-distance transfer scenario of molten iron from blast furnace tapping to steelmaking workshop and pig casting machine.
