1.Equipped with a high-pressure atomization system, it can atomize water into ultra-fine water mist particles of 10 to 150 microns, which are equivalent in size to dust particles and have stronger adsorption capacity, with a droplet sedimentation rate of more than 95%; combined with a high-power axial flow fan, the water mist range can reach 50 to 120 meters, with 360° horizontal rotation and vertical adjustment between -10° and 45°, which can quickly form a "water mist barrier" to effectively cover large-scale dust-prone areas. The operation efficiency is about 30 times that of ordinary sprinkler trucks

3.Equipped with an intelligent control system and a wireless remote control device, the operator can realize one-key start, mode switching, range adjustment and other operations in the cab, or remotely control the operation through the remote control without on-site duty, reducing labor costs; some models are equipped with GPS positioning and intelligent scheduling systems, which can real-time monitor the operation track, water consumption and other situations, facilitating unified management and scheduling

4.The upper equipment system is the core operating component of the dust suppression truck, mainly including a water storage tank, a high-pressure atomization system, a fan system, a spraying device, etc. All components are accurately matched to ensure the dust suppression effect.

5.  Spraying device: Divided into high-pressure atomization spraying and low-pressure flushing spraying, which can realize switching between multiple operation modes. High-pressure atomization spraying is mainly used for dust suppression operations, pushing the atomized water mist to a long distance through the fan; low-pressure flushing spraying is equipped with front duckbill flushing, middle conical nozzle flushing, rear watering and rear operation water cannon and other functions, which can be used for road flushing, curb cleaning, green belt irrigation and other operations, with strong practicality.
