Multi-functional Dust Suppression Vehicle

The Multi-functional Dust Suppression Vehicle (Fog Cannon Vehicle) is modified on the basis of the SINOTRUK SITRAK National VI emission chassis, equipped with a tank assembly, generator set, fog cannon unit, remote control device, control and pipeline system, water sprinkling and flushing device, etc. It is mainly used for urban smog control and preventing dust pollution in the transportation of bulk materials in coal storage yards, iron ore yards, construction sites, cement plants and other places. In addition to the functions of front spray, counter flush and rear sprinkling of a conventional water sprinkler, the whole vehicle also features spray dust suppression, cooling, large-area pesticide spraying, disinfection, and can also serve as a fire engine and emergency power vehicle in special situations.
1.The long-range sprayer adopts artificial intelligence and full-automatic control adjustment, supporting both manual and remote control for flexible operation. The maximum spray distance reaches 100 meters, which can greatly reduce the PM2.5 content in the low air. The manually adjustable spray nozzles can realize both mist spraying and water jetting with stable jet flow and excellent atomization effect.
2.The sprayer uses hydraulic drive turbine and worm to drive the slewing bearing for left and right rotation, with mechanical self-locking function; the rotation angle can be manually/automatically controlled at -180°～180°.
3.Adopts double-wall noise reduction technology, with a sound insulation layer arranged on the fan barrel to reduce the noise of the sprayer.
4.The tank opening is a multi-functional sealed type with air vents on the vertical plate to avoid negative pressure in the tank caused by water discharge.
5.A segmented water level gauge with a built-in red float is installed on the tank end face for easy water level observation; the gauge is visible from three sides (left, right and rear of the vehicle).
6.The low-pressure water pump is a self-priming centrifugal pump, which can draw water nearby through self-priming function. The low-pressure water circuit system is equipped with front spray, middle flush and rear sprinkling devices to realize flushing and sprinkling functions. The long-range water gun and greening irrigation device can be used for auxiliary fire fighting, road green belt irrigation, as well as cleaning.
