Vacuum Sewage Suction Truck
1.A suction/sewer cleaning vehicle is a new type of sanitation vehicle designed for collecting, transferring and transporting sludge and sewage, effectively avoiding secondary pollution. It is self-priming and self-discharging, with high efficiency, large capacity and convenient transportation.
2.Versatile Application: It can handle not only regular sewage and fecal matter, but also high-concentration sludge, industrial waste liquid, crude oil, oil residue and sand-containing heavy materials.
3.Dry & Wet Dual Function: An optional dry-wet separation system enables the vehicle to process liquid to semi-dry materials, satisfying various working conditions.
4.Integrated Control System: The control panel is clearly laid out with integrated hydraulic and electric control, ensuring simple and easy operation.
The vehicle is composed of several key components, including the truck chassis, power take-off (PTO), vacuum suction pump, sealed tank body, hydraulic system, four-way reversing valve, pipeline system, oil-gas separator, visual inspection window, and fully automatic anti-overflow valve.
Working Principle:
Its operation is based on the principle of vacuum negative pressure suction. A vacuum pump creates negative pressure inside the tank body, and the external atmospheric pressure then forces the waste materials into the tank.
Applications:
The suction/sewer cleaning vehicle is primarily used for cleaning sediment from urban sewers and pipelines, dredging industrial drainage pipes, and suctioning sludge and sewage from septic tanks, inspection wells, and various ditches and channels. It can also function as a water sprayer.
